Phase 1: Initiate

The foundation is laid for a successful project execution. The appointed One Team project manager develops the project scope and project management guidelines, conducts the preliminary risk assessment, and clearly defines the partnership between One Team and the Client.

Phase 2: Design

In order to design One Team's Concept for the Client's business case, information is collected about the Client's expected environment. This is followed by the Readiness Review for Delivery that verifies that both parties are able to deliver.

Phase 3: Build

The system is actually built and serves as the foundation for the final testing. The Key Users are trained on the Built Solution. Key Users carry the User Acceptance Test in this Phase.

Phase 4: Deploy

A completely tested and prototyped solution is ready to be deployed. The end-users are TRAINED, and a test run is conducted. The Readiness Review for Go-Live requires executive approval and signoff.

Phase 5: Closure

The end product/solution is formally transitioned to the Client by One Team. However, if the Client intends to seek on-going support from One Team, the Client may enter into a separate contract with One Team for Application Maintenance & Support and/or Service & Support.
